Experience:

2–4 years of hands-on software development
At least 1 year working specifically with LLMs, AI agents, or NLP systems
At least one AI project currently in production (used by real users, not a demo)

Role Focus: • Building & Owning the AI Agent Infrastructure • Designing and deploying multi-agent systems • Setting up and managing a private cloud environment • Building and maintaining an internal knowledge base • Integrating AI agents with external financial data sources • Owning the prompt library • Architect a private LLM deployment • Implementing data classification • Maintaining full audit logs • Enforcing role-based access controls

Additional responsibilities:

Producing monthly privacy compliance reports
Coordinating with External Development Partners
Serving as Tristone’s technical point of contact
Reviewing all code from external partners
Writing technical specifications
Managing all code in a private GitHub repository
Monitoring AI agent outputs
Fine-tuning models
Evaluating new AI tools
Running onboarding sessions
Building a simple internal dashboard
Being the go-to person when an agent produces a wrong output

Nice to have:

Financial services domain knowledge
PDF & document parsing
Prompt engineering
n8n or Make (workflow automation)
Power BI or Tableau
Experience in financial services, fintech, or investment research
Previous experience as a solo technical lead
Familiarity with data privacy regulations
