Role Focus:

Design, implement, and optimize large language model (LLM) solutions using Python
Collaborate with cross-functional experts to identify and solve real-world AI challenges
Develop scalable machine learning pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and inference
Evaluate the performance of AI models, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective improvements
Document processes and results clearly, ensuring high standards of written communication
Stay abreast of developments in AI, suggesting novel approaches and tools to enhance team capabilities
Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity

Nice to have:

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps pipelines
Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications
