Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• 1 year of experience in AIML (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for production environments
• Build and implement Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Develop AI-powered solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize open-source and commercial LLMs
• Build REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask for AI model integration
• Work with vector databases, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Deploy AI applications using Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI solutions
• Follow best coding practices, version control using Git, and CI/CD workflows

Nice to have:

• Experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs
• Knowledge of AI agents, multi-agent frameworks, and AI orchestration
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Understanding of data engineering and ETL workflows
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and vector databases
