Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or software engineering roles

Role Focus:

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, machine learning models, and agent-based systems
• Contribute to end-to-end ML workflows
• Build production-ready AI features
• Develop backend services and APIs
• Support implementation of AI solutions
• Assist in technical workshops, demos, and enablement sessions
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams
• Communicate technical work clearly

Nice to have:

• H2O product experience
• Exposure to full-stack or application development
• Hackathon, internship, or open-source experience
• Understanding of model governance or enterprise AI workflows
• Experience with enterprise or regulated data
