Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or automation engineering
• Experience building AI agents, copilots, or LLM-based applications
• Experience integrating applications using APIs, microservices, and MCP

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field

Role Focus:

• Analyze and triage AI-related requests
• Design and develop AI agents and copilots
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise business systems
• Build and orchestrate multi-step agent workflows
• Deploy, test, and monitor AI solutions
• Support teams in adopting AI solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business use cases into scalable AI solutions
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and responsible AI practices
• Document architectures, patterns, and best practices for reuse

Nice to have:

• Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen,CrewAI)
• Experience deploying solutions using Azure AI Foundry pipelines
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise systems such as ERP or CRM
• Exposure to AI observability, evaluation, and monitoring practices
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts in a simple manner
