Lumen Technologies is seeking an Agentic Development Specialist to support agentic development across Microsoft Copilot and Salesforce. The role involves designing, building, testing, and iterating AI agents to support demand generation, SDR workflows, and pipeline acceleration.

Experience:

5 – 8 Years

Role Focus: • Build and configure Microsoft Copilot agents aligned to IDG workflows • Support Salesforce agent logic, prompts, and routing flows • Design and refine prompts and agent instructions • Test agents against real-world lead and pipeline scenarios • Inspect and validate lead, signal, and activity data used by agents • Identify data quality issues impacting agent behavior or outputs • Analyze agent outputs to spot inconsistencies or optimization opportunities • Support tuning of prompts, logic, and routing based on data findings • Identify issues, recommend improvements, and support iteration • Create light documentation for agent logic and usage

Nice to have:

Experience with sales, SDR, or demand gen workflows
Familiarity with lead lifecycle or revenue operations concepts
Experience supporting AI pilots or early-stage agent programs

Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Studio or enterprise Copilot), AI, flows, automation, instruction-writing skills, building or supporting AI agents, analytical mindset, operational data inspection and optimization
