Experience:

7+ years of software engineering experience with strong exposure to system design and architecture
Proven experience leading or owning technical delivery for complex applications or platforms
Practical experience working on AI/LLM-based projects over the last 2+ years

Role Focus:

Lead the architecture and technical direction of a strategic AI-driven product initiative
Design and build scalable backend services and distributed systems
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions
Drive the development of agentic AI workflows
Evaluate and integrate LLMs
Implement prompt engineering strategies
Build reliable and cost-efficient LLM-powered applications
Guide engineering best practices, technical decision-making, and mentoring within the team

Nice to have:

Experience with Spring AI
Exposure to RAG architectures and vector databases/retrieval systems
Experience building AI copilots, autonomous workflows, or internal AI productivity tools
Prior startup or incubation environment experience
