Role Focus:

Lead the implementation and composing of tool-using agents that interact with APIs, databases, and knowledge systems
Leading a team of AI/ML Engineers to implement multi-agent systems
Building persistent agent memory systems
Implementing fault-tolerant orchestration for multi-agent pipelines
Building and scaling cloud-native systems
Simulation and testing of multi-agent interactions
Building guardrail systems
Embedding compliance and observability hooks in every agent interaction

Other:

Collaborate closely with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to validate requirements, deliver proofs of concept, and harden solutions for production
Develop connectors, build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, configure prompts and guardrails, and implement observability, performance tuning, and cost optimization measures
Focus on reliability, scalability, and responsible AI principles throughout the delivery lifecycle
