Experience:

• 8-12 years
• 8+ years in AI/ML development

Qualification:

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (preferred)
• Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (preferred)

Role Focus:

• Lead end-to-end development of AI solutions from data collection to deployment
• Architect scalable AI systems using LLMs, deep learning, and multimodal models
• Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines and AI-driven product features
• Guide team in model selection, architectures, and training strategies
• Design and deploy LLM-based applications including RAG pipelines, chatbots, and agents
• Develop and deploy computer vision models for detection, recognition, and document understanding
• Build multimodal pipelines combining text, image, and audio inputs
• Handle large-scale datasets and design data pipelines for ETL, feature engineering, and annotation
• Train models using distributed training, mixed precision, and efficient fine-tuning
• Build scalable backend systems using FastAPI/Python, Docker, and GPU-based inference
• Collaborate with product and business teams to identify AI use cases and translate requirements
• Lead and mentor AI engineers, data scientists, and interns
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure code/model quality
• Train junior engineers in AI/ML fundamentals, Python programming, and best practices
• Manage task allocation, timelines, and delivery
• Stay updated with AI/ML research and integrate new models, tools, and frameworks
• Encourage research-driven development and experimentation

Additional responsibilities:

• Optimize models for latency, cost, and performance in production
• Work with open-source and proprietary models such as LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen
• Implement token streaming and real-time inference systems
• Work with OCR systems and document intelligence workflows
• Use databases (SQL/NoSQL), message queues, and async processing (Celery, Redis)
• Drive innovation in automation platforms, intelligent document processing, and predictive analytics
• Understand security, RBAC, and scalable system design

Nice to have:

• Experience in multimodal AI systems (text, image, audio)
• Knowledge of custom model training and optimization
