Experience:

• 6–9+ years in AI engineering or related roles
• Ability to mentor Junior AI resources
• Ability to manage Stakeholders Independently
• Proven experience building production-grade AI products
• Exposure to SaaS or product-driven environments
• Ability to work across domains and global teams

Role Focus:

• Develop and deploy AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation workflows
• Implement solutions using LLMs, Lang Chain, and agentic AI frameworks
• Design and optimize prompts for generative AI applications
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers
• Build reusable components and APIs for AI integration
• Stay updated on AI advancements and best practices
• Contribute to scalable architecture and agile development cycles

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with React.js / Streamlit
