Experience:

• 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience with a Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience with a Master's degree
• 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience with a PhD
• 1-8 years in AI/Machine Learning engineering
• 2+ years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Master's with ML specialization preferred

Role Focus:

• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to enhance large language model capabilities
• Develop and optimize LLM fine-tuning strategies for domain-specific adaptation such as Wireless/5G
• Build and maintain agentic workflows for autonomous, multi-step AI systems
• Create robust evaluation frameworks to measure and iterate on model performance

Additional responsibilities:

• Collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, and test engineers to design system-level software solutions
• Design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and specialized utility programs
• Operate at scale solving challenges related to ultra-low latency, high-throughput scalability, and orchestration of on-premises and cloud-based data systems
• Abide by company policies and procedures including security and protection of confidential information

Nice to have:

• Experience with prompt engineering
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning
• Master's degree with ML specialization
