Experience:

• 4-5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Focus on generative AI, AI-driven automation, and NLP

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions
• Develop NLP models, generative AI solutions, and AI-driven analytics
• Build and optimize LLM-based solutions for incident reports, root cause explanations, and remediation suggestions
• Use retrieval-augmented generation to surface documentation, logs, and knowledge base insights
• Develop semantic search and context-aware retrieval for data, logs, and metrics
• Optimize AI models for real-time performance in distributed, cloud-native environments
• Work cross-functionally with platform engineers, product teams, and data scientists
• Integrate state-of-the-art AI models into the observability platform
• Stay ahead of AI and ML advancements

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with observability, ITOps, or monitoring platforms
