Role: Software Engineer (Gen AI)

Location: Remote, with in-person work from Mountain View HQ 2 days a week

Experience:

3+ years of experience in software engineering
Experience writing code that is reliable, durable, and easily maintained
Experience in proactively identifying problems, learning quickly, and taking initiative

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
Strong foundation in software engineering and thoughtful system design

Role Focus:

Build and ship agent-driven chatbot and GenAI workflows
Own meaningful features end-to-end, from definition through design to implementation, evaluation, and impact measurement
Collaborate with product, ML, and engineering teams
Continuously explore better ways to design, iterate, and improve how we build with AI

Nice to have:

Hands-on experience with GenAI, agents, and AI-assisted software development
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, LLMs)

Other:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $181,000 to $222,000, plus equity and benefits
