Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related discipline

Role Focus:

Design and implementation of AI/ML solutions
Collaborate with Data Science Practitioners, LOB IT leads, EA, Data, and AI architects to develop solutions
Design, build and maintain scalable Agentic AI systems
Implement Evaluation-driven development harness
Design and implement AI Agent memory systems
Build full stack AI Agents
Leverage AI Platform and agent and model operations frameworks
Contribute to our starter packs (ADK/MCP), Horizontal Agents, and SDKs
Apply advanced context engineering techniques
Design and implement adaptive/dynamic prompting
Collaborate with AIOps, Platform, and Cloud teams
Develop advanced RAG systems
Build production grade ML/DL models
Develop and deploy backend inference services
Write high-quality Python code
Collaborate closely with MLOps, Cloud and infrastructure teams
Instrument AI observability
Build robust ETL/ELT pipelines
Apply AIML system architecture and design patterns
Build scalable, fault-tolerant solutions on AWS and/or GCP

Nice to have:

Experience with PySpark
