Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree
Master’s degree (preferred or equivalent practical experience)

Role Focus:

Design and implement end-to-end agentic workflows including planning, tool-use, memory, retrieval, execution, and feedback loops
Deliver platform-grade services/APIs with guarantees on latency, scale, resiliency, and manageability
Build safety, security, and trust guardrails for agentic behavior
Define and automate evaluation strategies for agentic systems
Own operational excellence including instrumentation, tracing, debugging, runbooks, and incident response
Partner cross-functionally with Product, UX, Security, SRE, and Engineering teams
Mentor and influence engineering standards through reviews and technical guidance

Additional responsibilities:

Clarify direction, align teams, and deliver outcomes with integrity
Model inclusive collaboration and ownership
Document decisions and drive execution across teams

Nice to have:

Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platform services or edge/distributed compute offerings
Experience with L3–L7 networking concepts relevant to secure application delivery
Experience building developer platforms/SDKs for AI or workflow orchestration
Familiarity with operating production systems at scale
