Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience

Role Focus:

Design and build Agentic AI proofs of concept
Architect and develop end-to-end Agentic AI solutions demonstrating autonomous decision-making, multi-step reasoning, and task orchestration
Build lightweight, demonstrable prototypes using LLMs, agent frameworks, and NICE /Cognigy platform APIs
Develop and integrate APIs, webhooks, and microservices connecting LLMs and AI models to enterprise platforms and CX workflows
Build and maintain reusable AI accelerator assets, code templates, and demo environments
Implement prompt engineering strategies, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks
Apply knowledge of large language models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) to design appropriate solutions
Evaluate and select the right model, fine-tuning approach, or retrieval strategy for each POC
Stay current with the rapidly evolving LLM ecosystem
Contribute to internal playbooks, documentation, and demo libraries
Engage with customers directly to understand requirements and translate them into practical AI solution designs

Nice to have:

Experience with NICE CXone, Cognigy (conversational AI & agent orchestration platform), or similar CCaaS / conversational AI platforms
Knowledge of the APAC technology landscape and experience working with enterprise customers in the region
Background in
Exposure to voice AI, speech-to-text/text-to-speech pipelines, or real-time AI in
