7+ years of relevant software development experience
3+ years of hands-on Python development experience
3+ years of hands-on Typescript development experience
Experience with at least one AI agent framework (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex) in a production or near-production setting
Experience building and running containerized applications with Docker

Design, develop, maintain, and deploy AI agent systems
Implement comprehensive testing strategies for agents and services
Build and enforce guardrails for AI interactions
Design secure tool execution patterns
Implement agent observability
Design and build agent evaluation sets, adversarial tests, regression tests, and monitoring for safety/quality drift
Consult and collaborate with SMEs across Platform Engineering, Data Science, Security, Quality, and Product

Lead the creation, modification, and maintenance of AI system documentation
Influence functional groups regarding operability, technical feasibility, engineering design, security posture, maintainability, and project schedule and documentation requirements
Assist with the planning and implementation of AI agent-based projects and solutions
Lead containerized deployment, start-up, commissioning, and release qualification activities
Provide technical mentoring and oversight to less experienced engineers
Monitor agent performance and reliability, collect metrics and logs, and use data to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities

Experience with complex troubleshooting and system optimization in a regulated or enterprise environment
Experience working within an organization with formal change control, compliance, or audit requirements

Annual base pay range: $153,000 (entry-level qualifications) to $170,000 (highly experienced) annually (National Market) or $162,000 (entry-level qualifications) to $180,000 (highly experienced) annually (Premium Market)
