Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or a related technical field from a top undergraduate program

Role Focus:

Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions, agentic workflows and automation tools
Build, test and iterate on large language model (LLM) integrations, prompt engineering strategies and AI pipeline components
Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks and produce well-structured, maintainable code
Collaborate with data science, product and delivery teams to translate business requirements and consulting methodologies into functional AI prototypes and production-ready solutions
Support data pipeline development, model evaluation and quality assurance

Additional responsibilities:

Conduct research on emerging AI tools, platforms and techniques and bring forward actionable recommendations
Assist in the documentation of AI workflows, technical specifications and best practices
Participate in internal training sessions and contribute to best practice development
Support business development efforts by assisting with AI-related content, proposals and client presentations
Support talent acquisition and firm-building initiatives
Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive and values-driven culture

Other:

Awareness of responsible AI principles including bias detection, explainability and data privacy
