Experience:

5–10+ years of hands-on experience in software, AI, or data engineering

Role Focus:

Design, develop, and deploy production models, services, and pipelines
Partner with data science, product, data engineering, and platform teams
Build and optimize model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining workflows
Improve model performance, latency, cost efficiency, reliability, and explainability
Develop reusable infrastructure, tooling, libraries, and patterns
Monitor deployed models for performance degradation, bias, drift, and operational issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate technical trade-offs, risks, timelines, and recommendations
Mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards, best practices, and architecture decisions

Additional responsibilities:

Rapidly design, build, and deploy AI solutions
Develop end-to-end AI/LLM workflows
Build scalable solutions using Python, REST APIs, Azure OpenAI/OpenAI, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks
Ingest, process, and work directly with messy, unstructured enterprise data
Create user-facing tools and applications
Implement and manage evaluation, monitoring, and reliability frameworks
Evaluate, benchmark, and support due diligence of vendor solutions
Prioritize and deliver AI initiatives based on business value, scalability, and speed-to-impact

Nice to have:

Experience with data handling and document-focused AI capabilities
Familiarity with enterprise platforms and environments, including Power Platform
Experience working with SQL/data modeling and document extraction/OCR workflows

Other:

Base Salary Range: $132,000.00 - $181,500.00
