Experience:

8+ years of software engineering experience
4+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions including LLMs, Generative AI, and traditional ML models
4+ years of experience with Web and API development
4+ years of experience hosting applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred)

Qualification:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Role Focus:

Drive responsible AI/ML adoption including Generative AI and traditional ML techniques
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve AI-powered software solutions
Build responsible AI solutions supporting the Provider community with ethical and regulatory compliance
Develop new AI/ML features including Generative AI models, predictive analytics, and automation
Provide technical leadership for AI initiatives such as Chatbots and conversational AI
Partner with product management, architects, and engineering leadership to deliver scalable AI healthcare solutions
Align AI solutions with enterprise AI strategies and business objectives
Ensure high-quality software deliverables and operational excellence
Mentor and train team members on AI/ML technologies and responsible AI practices
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI into cloud modernization and digital-first initiatives
Prioritize, plan, and manage AI-related activities and projects independently
