We are seeking a hands-on AI & Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize integrations, automations, and advanced AI workflows. You’ll own the Workato automation stack, engineer scalable AI workflows on top of core platforms, and implement agentic capabilities.

Qualification:

Proven expertise with Enterprise iPaaS
Workato Automation Pro , Foundations or SnowPro certifications preferred

Role Focus:

Design, build, and maintain Workato recipes, connectors, and orchestrations
Implement error handling, observability, and reusable design patterns
Architect multi-agent systems
Partner with stakeholders to design corporate systems
Build guardrails, fallbacks and error recovery
Design and automate data flow processes
Build evaluation into every system
Own the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) lifecycle
Implement data quality checks and architectural safeguards
Production observability
Document agent behavior, decision logic and failure modes
A/B testing agent versions, model comparisons

Additional responsibilities:

Write modular, reusable scripts
Apply data governance practices
Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and version control

Nice to have:

Experience with Cloud Platforms such as GCP or AWS
Experience with GitHub for version control, Jira for work tracking, and Confluence/Lucid for documentation
