Role: Principal AI Solutions Engineer
Location: Multiple locations · Fully Remote
Role Focus: • Architect and evolve multi-agent orchestration platform • Design and implement voice AI pipelines • Build and maintain RAG pipelines • Define MCP server architecture and tool-use contracts • Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for domain-specific tasks • Own the AI observability stack • Define and enforce guardrails • Build data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature pipelines • Drive CI/CD for ML • Set architectural standards for AI systems • Mentor ML engineers and applied scientists
