Role Focus:

Produce precise, well-structured reasoning logs that walk through complex technical problems step by step
Document sequential decision-making and strategic tool use in ways that AI models can learn from
Generate high-quality training datasets that demonstrate expert-level problem-solving in real environments
Review and refine AI-generated reasoning chains, catching gaps, errors, and logical inconsistencies
Translate sophisticated ML concepts and workflows into clear, structured, reproducible documentation
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Nice to have:

Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and how they're trained or fine-tuned
Background in AI safety, alignment research, or model evaluation
Experience writing technical documentation, research notes, or structured problem-solving guides
