Experience:

• 7 - 10 years as a software engineer with frontend and backend technologies

Responsibilities:

• Explore how AI can improve user experiences, workflows, and engineering productivity
• Build AI agents in collaboration with different business domains
• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI agents and modern cloud-based applications across the full stack
• Collaborate with engineers, product stakeholders, UX designers, and architects to shape solutions
• Contribute to frontend and backend development using .NET, TypeScript, and Angular
• Participate in discovery, experimentation, and iterative product development
• Build scalable and maintainable solutions with focus on quality, testing, and operational excellence

Additional responsibilities:

• Support important business initiatives requiring speed, innovation, and strong engineering foundations
• Work closely with architects, UX designers, and business stakeholders across SimCorp
• Actively explore modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development workflows including tools like Claude Code
• Contribute to a positive engineering culture through collaboration and idea sharing
• Adapt and learn continuously in a dynamic environment encouraging creativity, initiative, and experimentation

Nice to have:

• Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks
• Experience with Angular, Azure, distributed systems, micro frontends, or investment management workflows
