We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to design, build, and implement Agentic SDLC solutions that accelerate and enhance software development. Company: Amdocs Role: GenAI Engineer Experience: • 1–4 years of professional software development experience • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) • Hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools Key Skills: • Java • C • C++ • Generative AI tools for software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar) • Agentic workflows or AI‑assisted development concepts across the SDLC • Git-based version control and modern development practices Role Focus: • Design, build, and implement Agentic SDLC solutions using Generative AI tools and frameworks • Use AI agents (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to assist with code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and debugging across Java, C, and C++ codebases • Develop and maintain production-quality backend components in Java, C, and C++ • Integrate AI-assisted workflows into existing software development processes and toolchains • Update and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for application and platform changes • Enhance and support CI/CD pipelines to enable automated builds, testing, and deployments • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including platform, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions • Ensure code quality, performance, reliability, and security across AI-assisted and traditional development workflows Nice to have: • Experience building or integrating custom AI agents for development or testing use cases • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience with automated testing frameworks and code quality tools • Prior work on large-scale or enterprise-grade systems Other: • Minimal Required Travel • Amdocs helps the world’s leading communications and media companies deliver exceptional customer experiences through reliable, efficient, and secure operations at scale • Our mission is to empower our employees to 'Live Amazing, Do Amazing' every day • We believe in creating a workplace where you not only excel professionally but also thrive personally
