Experience:

5+ years of total experience
2+ years as GenAI/Agentic AI engineer using cloud technologies

Key Skills:

Python programming
GenAI and Agentic libraries (LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic, Strands, CrewAi)
Databricks fundamentals/architecture
AWS Bedrock, EC2, Postgress
GenAI components (RAG, Vector Database, Model selection, Model evaluations, Guardrails)
LLM (Large Language Models)

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
AWS and/or Databricks certification (will be a plus)

Role Focus:

Work independently with minimal directions and guide the team
Research and apply new tools and techniques rapidly
Suggest new concepts to improve performance
Design and build production-grade and secure GenAI and Agentic AI applications
Produce reusable, efficient, and scalable programs
Develop AI pipelines and integrate with data in Databricks and AWS services

Additional responsibilities:

Comfortable to work on tight timelines when required
