Role Focus:

Build products from zero to one, taking major features across the full stack from design to launch
Drive feedback loops with users, founders, and the Customer Success team to rapidly iterate on product direction
Architect scalable systems, implement robust software components, and ensure reliability and performance
Write clean, well-tested, production-grade code that is easy to read and maintain

Nice to have:

Experience building end-to-end systems from scratch
Track record of optimizing for latency and cost in production systems
Prior work in Series A/B startups or fast-paced environments
Comfortable working with data-intensive applications and distributed systems
Ability to pick up new technologies quickly and move across the stack as needed
Solid understanding of performance, system design, and scalability
