Experience:

• 8 plus years software engineering experience
• At least 5 years designing and building ML/AI applications for customers
• At least 2 years leading and mentoring ML/data science teams of 4+ members

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in statistics, machine learning or related fields
• Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning or TensorFlow Certified Developer or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and productionalize ML/GenAI applications
• Evaluate, train and fine tune ML models
• Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders for project delivery
• Develop prompts to instruct LLMs for accurate responses
• Analyze and preprocess datasets for prompt development
• Conduct analysis to improve LLM performance
• Build and deploy scalable ML pipelines on GCP
• Write clean, high-quality, scalable code for core components
• Build components for prompt engineering, vector search, data processing, model evaluation, and inference serving

Additional responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers
• Work with end-to-end data processing steps including handling outliers and imbalances
• Develop and operationalize existing ML models by fine tuning and personalizing
