We are looking for an Engineer AI Automations to work in our Research & Development Engineering department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization tools for data mapping. They will develop AI solutions via automation, preferably using Python.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s / Master’s in electronics/ E&TC / mechanical engineering
B.E. Electronics / Electronics & Telecommmunications / Mechanical

Role Focus:

Develop AI solutions via automation, including understanding problem statement & gathering relevant inputs, estimation of time for execution, prompt logic and AI agent workflows, data preparation and retrieval, basic orchestration and error handling, and integration into PLM, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or existing engineering tools
Translate engineering process needs to clear technical requirements and user stories
Work closely with Eaton Snowflake Data capabilities embedded in engineering and PLM adjacent tools, IT on infrastructure, APIs, and deployment pipelines

Additional responsibilities:

Pilot AI tools with engineering users and collect feedback
Iterate solutions to improve usability, reliability, and value
Support basic documentation, demos, and user enablement activities

Other:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with respect to written and oral communication, including the ability to explain technical concepts
A high degree of aptitude, creativity is required
Identifies lessons learned and contributes to methodology improvements
Creating business proposals, creativity, requirement gathering, handling large data sets and drawing insights, communication, team player, ability to influence positively
