Role Focus:

Design and build AI-powered learning experiences and recommendation workflows
Develop intelligent agents generating personalized learning journeys
Build conversational and guided learning experiences using LLMs and GenAI technologies
Implement retrieval-based systems and content-grounded AI recommendations
Modernize Education Services web experience with intuitive, interactive, learner-centric UI/UX
Improve learner navigation, discovery, filtering, and engagement across learning assets
Build engaging dashboards and progress tracking experiences
Integrate AI avatar-based learning capabilities into the platform
Create interactive walkthroughs, explanations, and guided experiences using conversational AI
Work across AI, frontend engineering, UX, and learning content teams
Contribute to end-to-end solution design and implementation

Additional responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product, UX, AI, and Engineering teams on next-generation learning experiences
Contribute to Education and Customer Success strategy

Nice to have:

Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or recommendation systems
Exposure to EdTech, LMS, or digital learning platforms
Experience building conversational AI or AI avatar-based interfaces
Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain or multi-agent systems
Exposure to learning personalization engines and guided workflows
Experience with analytics, learner engagement tracking, or adaptive learning systems
