Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong backend development experience
• Proven experience designing and delivering Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic architectures
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or ERP systems

Qualification:

• Degree in Computer Science or similar areas

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions
• Integrate LLMs with core business systems
• Define end-to-end architectures for scalability, security, and production readiness
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems and workflow-based solutions
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate use cases into AI-driven workflows
• Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow, ERP systems, and data or analytics environments
• Ensure observability, logging, performance, and AI safety best practices

Additional responsibilities:

• Support enterprise integration with business applications and analytics ecosystems
