Experience:

Five-plus years in a product role on AI, ML or data products
Direct experience standing up an AI platform or capability inside an organisation
Worked in a regulated environment — financial services, healthcare or similar

Role Focus:

Own use-case selection and build the process to turn the productivity-lever map into a prioritised backlog
Translate outcomes into feasible builds and convert executive asks into scoped work
Shape the platform with engineering and co-own the reference architecture
Run the evaluation and quality bar and define what good looks like for each use case
Land use cases into the value streams and hand over to Product Leads
Be the interface to Tymit and work with Risk & Compliance for governance

Nice to have:

Consumer credit, lending or payments background
Hands-on engineering background earlier in career
Has worked alongside a partner engineering team with clear hand-over criteria
