Role Focus:

Designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and machine learning models to address complex business challenges
Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices and innovation
Conducting research on the latest AI advancements and integrating cutting-edge techniques into Synopsys solutions
Collaborating with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver robust AI solutions
Performing data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to optimize datasets for machine learning models
Training, validating, and fine-tuning ML models to ensure high performance and accuracy in production environments
Deploying and monitoring AI models, implementing improvements and ensuring operational excellence
Documenting AI algorithms, methodologies, and processes for reproducibility and knowledge sharing
Ensuring all AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards
