Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

Role Focus:

Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable AI/ML solutions
Oversee end-to-end ML workflows from data preparation to deployment and monitoring
Guide model selection, optimization, and tuning balancing performance, explainability, cost, and Responsible AI principles
Build and maintain production-grade ML pipelines with orchestration and experiment-tracking tools
Lead drift analysis, observability, and model health monitoring in production environments
Design and support scalable, multi-cloud ML infrastructure
Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate real-time and batch pipelines
Work closely with engineering, product, data science, and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Review and guide creation of architecture diagrams, C4 models, ADRs, and technical specifications
Mentor and coach data scientists and ML engineers on best practices

Additional responsibilities:

Comply with employment contract terms, company policies, and directives including possible transfer, reassignment, or changes in work environment and shifts
Adapt to company policy changes and directives as required

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as PySpark and Hadoop
Experience with data streaming tools like Kafka
