Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and maintain machine learning models into production environments
• Build multi-agent systems that can reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks
• Implement advanced RAG techniques including hybrid search, reranking, and semantic chunking
• Implement MCP servers for secure LLM interaction with external tools and data sources
• Clean, preprocess, and augment datasets for model training and evaluation
• Design, test, and iterate on system prompts for high-quality and safe AI outputs
• Manage context window limits and optimize token usage
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines tailored for AI including model versioning and automated prompt testing
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical documentation
• Stay updated with latest AI research, libraries, and tools

Additional responsibilities:

• Collaborate in sprint planning and knowledge sharing
• Ensure code quality through reviews and documentation
