Experience:

Proven experience in AI, data management, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
Exposure to AI or data-driven applications in a business setting
Experience working with CRM, ERP, or similar enterprise tools
Experience deploying or supporting applications in production environments

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
Strong knowledge of automation, analytics, and data governance

Role Focus:

Design and implement AI-powered solutions
Manage data lifecycle processes
Develop and enforce policies for data governance and compliance
Automate business processes using Power Platform and AI tools
Build dashboards and reports
Maintain and optimize Dynamics 365 and related data systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Provide training and support to end-users

Nice to have:

Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or AI/ML technologies
Experience with Microsoft CoPilot Studio
