3–5+ years in applied AI/ML engineering
Demonstrated delivery of production Generative and Agentic AI solutions

Qualification:

Strong proficiency in Python
Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and vector/retrieval systems
Solid grasp of prompt engineering, context engineering, and latency-vs-cost trade-offs

Role Focus:

Design, prototype, and validate AI-powered features
Train, fine-tune, and evaluate language or vision models
Architect and deliver production-ready, large-document advanced RAG workflows
Build complex multi-agent systems
Implement agent interoperability and orchestration
Develop modular, reusable Python APIs

Additional responsibilities:

Provide well-documented proof-of-concepts and reference implementations
Collaborate with backend and cloud engineers
Build and optimize inference pipelines
Act as an internal AI product evangelist
Collaborate with stakeholders to shape AI product concepts

Nice to have:

Experience with experiment tracking and evaluation tools
Familiarity with deep learning / classical ML libraries
A strong track record in Kaggle competitions, AI/ML hackathons
