Experience:

• 2+ years relevant work experience in an analytical capacity, or equivalent experience
• Foundational experience with Databricks-based AI or agent development

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and support software applications
• Develop or enhance in-house software applications and extensions to meet business requirements and objectives
• Develop applications or integrate data between applications from technical specifications
• Test solutions and complete technical documentation
• Drive technical validity of the solution
• Develop user documentation and in-code documentation
• Participate in and support user training
• Support software applications under area of responsibility
• Participate in Agile teams
• Drive Behavior-Driven-Design process

Additional responsibilities:

• Provide troubleshooting and end-user support for specific code
• Support development of business and technical process documentation and training materials
• Structure requirements to facilitate automation of acceptance tests
• Obtain certifications needed to effectively support applications in scope
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Physical work may include sitting, typing, walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, stooping, and occasional lifting or carrying up to 20lbs

Nice to have:

• Exposure to CI/CD and deployment practices
• Familiarity with supply chain or SAP-related business processes
• Understanding of AI evaluation and response quality checks
