Experience:

8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, data engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Role Focus:

Lead high-impact AI engagements end-to-end
Build rapid AI prototypes
Productionize AI solutions
Develop agentic workflows and AI-powered automation
Enable knowledge extraction and intelligence from unstructured and structured data sources
Automate and optimize manual workflows
Mentor and upskill team members and business partners
Define and promote AI best practices, reusable patterns, and accelerators

Nice to have:

Experience in energy, utilities, EPC, infrastructure, or construction environments
Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced delivery settings
Familiarity with Claude, Anthropic APIs, MCP servers, or similar AI ecosystems
Experience building reusable frameworks, accelerators, or internal platforms
Background in customer-facing or embedded solution delivery roles
