    Description

    AI Applications Engineer at Oleria, designing, building, and operating AI-powered technical systems for pipeline intelligence and sales enablement.

    Role: AI Applications Engineer

    Location: Bangalore

    Experience:

    • 3-5 years as a full-stack or application engineer
    • Experience building customer-facing tools, interactive experiences, or PLG features

    Role Focus: • Design, build, and operate AI-powered technical systems for pipeline intelligence infrastructure • Develop AI-native outbound systems for personalized campaigns • Automate CRM and RevOps workflows • Create sales enablement tooling for competitive intelligence and account research • Build measurement and feedback loops for pipeline velocity and system health

    Nice to have:

    • Experience building PLG tools at a B2B SaaS company
    • Familiarity with Salesforce/Pardot data models
    • Experience with AI/ML for scoring, classification, or recommendation systems
    • Background in developer tools, security tools, or enterprise infrastructure
    • Prior work at a Series A-C startup where you wore multiple hats
