Role Focus:

Leading data analysis initiatives to drive insights and support strategic decision-making for clients
Utilizing advanced analytics techniques and data manipulation skills to extract meaningful insights from large datasets
Developing and implementing statistical models to solve complex business problems
Guiding teams in the use of data visualization tools to enhance client presentations and reports
Overseeing the development of machine learning algorithms to optimize client operations
Collaborating with client teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics in business processes
Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations and objectives
Mentoring team members to enhance their skills in data analysis and analytics software
Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements and deliverables

Nice to have:

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions
Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment workflows
Hands-on work with agentic AI and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK), job queues, and event-driven systems
Experience putting LLM and AI APIs into production, plus a strong grasp of application security
