PinnacleU is looking for an Agentic AI Architect to design and implement production-grade agentic AI systems for higher education institutions.

Role: Agentic AI Architect

Location: Pune

Experience:

5+ years of hands-on software engineering
3+ years specifically in production AI/ML systems

Key Skills:

LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Google ADK)
Python
backend engineering fundamentals (APIs, microservices, async patterns)
RAG architectures
vector databases
semantic search
cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)

Role Focus:

System Architecture & Design: Define end-to-end agentic AI architecture
Production Engineering Standards: Build production-grade systems with structured error handling
Client & Team Communication: Produce clear architecture documentation
Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest agent frameworks and LLM advancements

Additional responsibilities:

Design multi-agent orchestration patterns
Architect RAG pipelines
Establish architectural standards for prompt engineering
Design for non-functional requirements: latency targets, throughput, reliability, observability, cost controls, and scaling guardrails
