We are seeking a hands-on AI / GenAI Engineer with strong experience in enterprise AI integrations, agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, and AI platform engineering to support the implementation of a unified enterprise AI platform built around Databricks AI Gateway.

Role Focus:

Support implementation and integration of enterprise AI solutions leveraging Databricks AI Gateway
Build and integrate agentic AI workflows and enterprise AI services
Develop and support telemetry instrumentation and observability integrations using OpenTelemetry (OTEL)
Enable logging, tracing, monitoring, and operational telemetry integration
Support implementation of governance and security controls for AI workflows
Collaborate with API and platform engineering teams to integrate AI services
Build operational dashboards and reporting
Support automation, CI/CD integration, deployment pipelines, and operational reliability initiatives
Collaborate with FinOps and platform teams to monitor AI consumption

Nice to have:

Exposure to agentic AI workflows and orchestration frameworks
Experience with Databricks AI Gateway and MLflow
Knowledge of Unity Catalog governance
Experience with Power BI and dashboard development
Exposure to enterprise IAM and security concepts
Understanding of FinOps concepts for AI workloads

Other:

Work closely with Senior Databricks Architect, Cloud Engineering, Security, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Operations teams
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
